At Pleasure Empire, we aim to provide clear and transparent shipping information so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.

All shipping costs and delivery options are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected shipping address. Please ensure you select your country and region accurately from the dropdown menu at checkout to see the correct shipping rates and available services for your location.

UK Shipping

We offer free standard tracked delivery on qualifying UK orders (typically 1–3 working days from dispatch*).

  • Standard Delivery: Free on most UK orders (including Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man).
  • Express Delivery: Upgrade to next working day delivery for £3.99 per order (where available).

Important notes for UK customers:

  • Customers in Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, or other remote areas must select their precise region from the dropdown menu at checkout to ensure the correct service is applied.
  • Room aromas are restricted to Mainland UK only for free standard or express delivery. Remote UK areas may only be served via specific couriers, with the applicable rate shown at checkout.


Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and successful order verification.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

We fulfil orders from multiple warehouses to improve stock availability and speed. As a result, some orders may be shipped in separate packages. We make every effort to combine shipments where possible.

Delivery times are estimates only and refer to working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). While we aim to meet these timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to high demand, carrier volume, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

All UK orders are sent via a tracked service.
